The Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE), One of the OEE's key tasks is managing the Government of Canada's new ecoENERGY Efficiency Initiative, with its programs to reduce energy use in buildings and houses, industry, retrofits,personal vehicles and fleets. Homeowners and owners of small and medium-sized organizations can also apply for ecoENERGY Retrofit grants and financial incentives.

- The new 2005 data are now available in our Comprehensive Energy Use Database,
  Energy Use Data Handbook Tables and
  Energy Efficiency Trends Analysis Tables.
- National Energy Use DataBases
  - Comprehensive Energy Use Data – These tables contain energy, GHG, activity and price data. The data is presented by region (and for some sectors, by province) as well as for Canada.
  - Query System –customize your own energy and GHG tables.
  - Energy Use Data Handbook Tables – These tables provide a statistical overview of Canada's sectoral energy markets.
  - Energy Efficiency Trends Analysis Tables – These tables contain detailed background analysis for the energy and GHG
  - Directory of Energy Efficiency and Alternative Energy Programs in Canada –information on the energy efficiency and alternative energy programs of the Canadian, provincial and territorial governments, major electric and gas utilities and major municipalities in Canada.
  - Commercial and Institutional Building Energy Use Survey These tables provide representative results on the number of buildings, the total square footage, the total energy consumption and the energy intensity at a disaggregated level for the CIBEUS target population.
  - Survey of Household Energy Use (SHEU ) – These tables contain representative data on the energy and physical characteristics of private dwellings in Canada and on the household use of energy resources for the SHEU target population.

  - Centre for Data and Analysis in Transportation (CDAT) The Centre for Data and Analysis in Transportation (CDAT) is a centre of expertise dedicated to improving knowledge about energy use in the Canadian private and commercial transportation sector
  - Canadian Industrial Energy End-Use Data and Analysis Centre (CIEEDAC) Dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of practical and unbiased information related to energy use in Canadian Industry
  - Canadian Building Energy End-Use Data and Analysis Centre (CBEEDAC) CBEEDAC is responsible for improving knowledge and accessibility of building energy data for the Canadian residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
