HRSD supports human capital development, labour market development and establishing a culture of lifelong learning for Canadians. HRSD provides federal-level management of labour and homelessness issues, individuals receiving Employment Insurance benefits, employers, employees, those who need focused support to participate in the workplace. and supports students through the Canada Student Loans Program.
